2. Services Description

The Emboss Company provides professional printing and design services, including but not limited to business card printing, t-shirt printing, pamphlet design, bag printing, sticker printing, mug printing, bottle printing, pen printing, diary and notebook printing, flyer and poster printing, calendar printing, and banner and roll-up printing.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

• Order Placement: By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the products or services requested.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
• Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of order.
• Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

4. Design and Artwork

• Customer-Provided Artwork: You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork or designs you provide do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Design Services: If we provide design services, the final files will be delivered in the agreed format. Ownership of the final design is transferred to you upon full payment.
• Approval: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production. We are not liable for errors in approved proofs.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the order size, weight, and destination. Free shipping promotions apply to qualifying orders.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom printing, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on custom-ordered products.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Emboss Company or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Emboss Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
